The inaugural auction ceremony of 1st South African Twenty20 league will take place on 10 January and here is the list of channels and streams where cricket fans can watch this whole event live.

The first edition of SA20 will start from January 10, 2023 and the final match of this event will be played on 11 February, 2023. The auction for SA20 T20 League was held on Monday on 19 September, 2022.

Six teams in total, MI Cape Town, Pretoria Capitals, Joburg Super Kings, Durban’s Super Giants, Paarl Royals and Sunrisers Eastern Cape that are owned by the cricket franchises of Indian premier league will participate in this event. These teams will compete with each other twice in the group stage. Each team plays 5 matches of its group stage on home ground while remaining 5 matches on away venues.

A Total of 316 players from 14 countries are revealed to hammer in this auction ceremony of SA20 2023. Each team was permitted to sign a few pre auction picks. The different teams have pre signed 23 players.

5 players Quinton de Kock , Jason Holder , Reece Topley, Prenelan Subrayen and Kyle Mayers were picked up by Durban’ super giants. Joburg super king picked up Faf du Plessis, Gerald Coetzee, Moeen Ali, Romario Shepherd and Maheesh Theekshana. Pretoria Capitals moved on with Anrich Nortje and Migael Pretorius. Paarl Royals have David Miller, Obed McCoy, Corbin Bosch, Jos Buttler pre signed players in its team. MI Cape Town moved forward with Rashid Khan, Liam Livingstone, Dewald Brevis, Kagiso Rabada and Sam Curran. Sunrisers Eastern Cape retained two thrilling players Ottniel Baartman and Adam Markram.

Every team with a budget of 2 million USD picked up 10 South African and 7 foreign players.The most expensive players in the auctions are Jayden Seales and Odean Smith at ZAR 1.75 million, with Eoin Morgan, Adil Rashid, Jason Roy, Tymal Mills, David Willey, James Neesham and Chamika Karunaratne.
